Make sure you are armed and ready for the final battle with the alien troops. Go through the north door and you will find yourself in a large room. Now you will have to defeat the alien captain as well as some alien guards. Fortunately, after you remove the captain, the rest of the survivors from the observation deck will appear to help you in the rest of the battle. Once you have won, go to the main control console of the ship. This is the same place where you first saw the alien captain.
Please note that there are two panels and three buttons on the left panel. Your task will be to use them correctly. Pressing each button transfers power, and you can choose between shields and an alien cannon. You'll only want to use two buttons on either side, because the middle one is designed to compromise, and you won't be interested in that.
Continue to repeat all the steps described below.:
Step one - Transfer all power to the shields (left switch, left panel).
Step Two - Wait for the alien ship to fire, and then transfer all the power to the cannon (right switch, left panel)
Step three - Shoot at the alien ship using the main cannon (one large switch, right panel [#102]).
Step Four - Transfer all the power to the shields BEFORE the alien ship returns fire (left switch, left panel)
Besides attacking the alien ship, you will also have to face two dangerous situations during this battle. After the first round of attacks, new aliens will arrive on the Bridge. Fortunately, you won't have to defeat them all on your own, because your allies will take care of this problem. You can make it even easier and set mines before engaging in direct combat with an alien ship. Another problem will require you to interact with the four control panels located on both sides of the room to restore power.
Assuming that you don't make any serious mistakes during the operation of the ship, you shouldn't have any problems blowing up the alien vessel. That's all. Congratulations!
Epilogue - Leaving the Alien Ship
After you have destroyed the second alien ship, you can spend some time talking to other survivors on board your ship, including Sally.
