Continuing the centuries-old tradition of grape and wine production that he inherited from his grandfathers, Ivan Enjingi picks only the best from the vineyards located in the heart of the world-famous Kutjevo wine region.
The vineyards, with an average age of 15-35 years are carefully preserved, and planted on the sunny, southern slopes of Krndia on exceptional loamy, sandy-loamy, and stony soils, on a slate and granite substrate.
The varieties are:
- Rhen Riesling,
- Pinot Gris,
- Sauvignon Blanc,
- Pinot Noir,
- Cabernet Sauvignon,
In the desire for the wines to be as faithful and a reflection of the soil, climate, tradition, and a source of health, the entire production is set up according to ecological principles.
