The tradition of growing vines in these areas dates back to 1910. when the well-known Piller family from Osijek planted their vines, whose plantations and wine cellar was bought by Damir Klasiček (founder and director of the winery) in 1977, with the promise of continuing the viticultural tradition that the Piller family had started on the property.

Today, the winery has about 50 hectares of vineyards with an emphasis on the cultivation of red varieties – 90% of vineyards, and only 10% of white varieties.
