Located in the idyllic surroundings of Pakrac lies a paradise for true wine lovers and those who are yet to become one – the Ćasić winery. The owner, Saša Ćasić, is a young entrepreneur from Pakrac who overlooks the vineyards, which cover an area of 14 hectares and are used for growing grapes and producing wine.

Their selection includes wines made from white grape varieties, such as:

Graševina,

Rhein Riesling,

Pinot Grigio

and red grape varieties, such as:

Blaufränkisch and

Pinot Noir.

The quality of their wine is further highlighted by the fact that their production process is completely eco-friendly, using only natural materials. This makes them a rare producer of this kind of wine.

Visitors can taste their wines in a beautifully decorated wine-tasting room that can accommodate up to 60 people and learn about the wine production process in the wine cellar. Also, they can enjoy the beauty and spaciousness of the vineyards by horseback riding or relax by fishing in the lake next to the vineyard. In addition to their wine, visitors can indulge in the local cuisine, enticing them to return.

The tradition of growing vines in these areas dates back to 1910. when the well-known Piller family from Osijek planted their vines, whose plantations and wine cellar was bought by Damir Klasiček (founder and director of the winery) in 1977, with the promise of continuing the viticultural tradition that the Piller family had started on the property.

Today, the winery has about 50 hectares of vineyards with an emphasis on the cultivation of red varieties – 90% of vineyards, and only 10% of white varieties.

As for the assortment, white varieties make up 80% of the winery production, while red varieties make up 20%.

The most represented white grape variety is:

Although the dominance of red wine varieties when planting the vineyard was somewhat unusual, considering that in the continental part of Croatia, white varieties dominate, the awards for the red wines produced by Brzica showed that this move was justified and that the climate and soil are also excellent for red varieties.

As part of the winery, there is also a wine-tasting room and accommodation facilities where guests can enjoy, in addition to exceptional wines, local Slavonian gastronomic specialties, and the beauty of the region.

The Antunović winery has emerged from a hundred-year-long family tradition of viticulture and wine production. Since planting a new vineyard in 2004, Jasna Antunović Turk, has taken the family business into “a new winemaking age”, seeing winemaking as a new life challenge and her true vocation.

The winery is located in north-eastern Croatia, in a wine-growing region known as Podunavlje – Erdut. The exquisite microclimate, fertile and loose soil, and equal distribution of precipitation and sunshine all ensure highly favorable conditions for planting various grape varieties.

The wines, with recognizable female signature, became one of the most awarded wines in Croatia (DWWA London 2017, Decanter platinum medal for Graševina Premium 2013 and Mundus Vini Germany 2021, Best of show gold medal for Chardonnay sur Lie 2017).

Antunović winery has an excellent wine-tasting room in traditional style for individual guests and tourist groups. A wine archive with 2,000 bottles of the Antunović wine selection also offers a pleasant ambiance for guided wine tastings.

The winery is located close to the river Danube with a spacious and well-designed outdoor area.

Please contact the winery via the official website or phone for a guided wine tasting.

Kalazić wines have been on the market since 2008, and today they are present in all parts of our country as well as in Belgium and the Netherlands.

More than 50 gold medals won both in the country and abroad speak for the quality of the wine.

Vineyards, where Kalazić wines are produced, are located on sandy soil in Banovo brdo (Banska kosa), in the very northeast of Baranja and the immediate vicinity of the mighty Danube, which significantly affects the microclimate, creating ideal conditions for the production of high-quality and premium quality wines.

Production has been exclusively organic in all areas of 16.5 ha.

The relationship towards the soil, the environment, the vine, the grapes, and ultimately the wine is an excellent invitation for visitors to come and visit the cellars and have a wine tasting in beautiful surrounding.
