The Kolarić winery is located in the small village of Hrastje, at the foot of the Japetić mountain. This area is the most fertile part of the region, especially suitable for viticulture.
The Kolarić family owns 8 hectares of his vineyards and 15 hectares in a cooperative. Vineyards are located in Radenci and Dolena in the Svetojan vineyard. Tradition, honesty, and naturalness are the characteristics of their still, sparkling wines and amphora wines.
The varieties are:
- native varieties: Plavec Žuti, Štajerska Belina, Šipelj, and Kraljevina,
- Pinot Gris,
- Pinot Noir.
